What Are Insect Screens?
Insect screens are retractable screen systems designed to keep bugs and pests out while allowing fresh air and natural light in. They roll up and down at the push of a button, providing instant control over airflow and insect protection.
Because they are installed on the exterior of your home, they create a protective barrier at your doors, windows, and outdoor living areas — allowing you to enjoy the Florida breeze without worrying about mosquitoes, flies, and other pests.
Available in a range of mesh types and densities, insect screens can be fine-tuned for your specific needs — from standard insect protection to heavy-duty pet and pest-resistant mesh.

How Insect Screens Work
Our insect screens are mounted on the exterior of your home and roll up or down using a quiet tubular motor housed in a protective cassette or fascia. The screen mesh is tensioned to remain smooth and stable, even in light wind.
Fully Deployed: When fully extended, the screen creates a protective barrier that keeps insects and pests out while allowing fresh air and natural light in.
Partially Deployed: When partially lowered, the screen allows for increased airflow while still providing insect protection for the covered area.
Fully Retracted: When not in use, the screen rolls neatly into its housing, preserving your view and maintaining a clean, uncluttered exterior.

Are motorized insect screens noisy?
No. Modern motorized insect screens operate quietly and smoothly with minimal noise when raising or lowering.
Can insect screens be controlled from my phone?
Yes. Most systems offer mobile app control, allowing you to adjust your insect screens from anywhere using your smartphone or tablet.
Are insect screens pet friendly?
Yes. We offer heavy-duty pet-resistant mesh options that stand up to claws and everyday wear from pets, giving you long-lasting insect protection.
Can insect screens be installed on large openings?
